Our Story

Taber Co. was born in the middle of chaos, and has gone from strength to strength.

After the arrival of their second child, Nat and Haylee made the deliberate decision to build something of their own.  They had a clear vision: to create a business where exceptional staff meet exceptional work, and let everything else follow from there.

Two years in, that vision is very much alive. Taber Co. has grown into a team of people who genuinely love what they do,  and it shows in every project they deliver.

Nat and Haylee have always believed that cared-for staff do better work. So from day one they've invested in the people around them, prioritising their training, their culture, and their wellbeing.

The result is a team who take real pride in what they build and are proud to say they work for Taber Co. Haylee and Nat's kids are also a regular fixture at team meetings, creating a real family atmosphere.
